Do you need a chance to pause and focus on your own wellness? Enjoy a mindful and relaxing day away amid the contemplative spaces and animals of the zoo. Enjoy gentle yoga and meditation with the elephants, loving-kindness practice, and whole health conversations, plus natural art-making, a mindful stroll through the zoo grounds, and much more. A nutritious lunch and snacks are included. Indulge yourself in a day of wellness.  Day lead by A. Graff, Mindful Health Coach.
