Course 1:  Crostini w/ wildflower honey, whipped lavender goat cheese, & candied pecans

Course 2:  Mushroom soup w/ crème fraiche & chive

Course 3:  Grilled rack of lamb, mint pea puree, onion marmalade, pea shoots

Course 4:  Apricot-glazed duck breast, w/wild rice pilaf, & asparagus tips

Course 5:  Blueberry & lemon tart, garnished w/edible flowers
