Course 2: Bruschetta, Pasta's Daily Bread crostini, hot tomato oil, olive tapenade, feta cheese, fresh herbs
Course 3: Crispy herb polenta, Gianelli italian sausage ragu, sauteed winter greens, fried leek
Course 4: Haddock- Potato crusted haddock, roasted red pepper salad lemon beurre blanc
Dessert: New York-style cheesecake with melba sauce
The dinner will be paired with Buried Acorn beer of Syracuse
