Course One: Pan-seared tuna with wasabi aioli, shave jalapeno, teriyaki glaze, toasted sesame seeds, micro greens
Course Two: Shrimp bisque, sherry, chive, crème fraiche
Course Three: Pan-seared seabass, fingerling potato, onion, garlic, lemon, spinach, clams, tomato
Course Four: Grilled New Zealand salmon, couscous, chickpeas, toasted almonds, red onion, radicchio, and fennel
Course Five: Tuxedo cake
